Former President of the St Kilda Football Club and the entrepreneur behind many market leading recruitment brands including Icon, Ambit, Ajilon and Phoenix. Rod believes the industry is ripe for disruption and is excited to be part of the Amadeus team. Growth isn’t about numbers it’s about a business that the market needs. If Rod isn’t starting another business, you can find him on the tennis court throwing down fast serves (that may or may not go in).
Campbell is an Associate Director at Amadeus Group specialising in Digital and Marketing. An entrepreneur both genetically and at heart, Campbell’s passion and strengths lay in all things digital, business & people. Campbell has delivered multiple projects for major ASX listed and high growth start-ups in the Digital space and brings his knowledge of 3 start-ups to the table. When he’s not busy delivering for his clients he can found walking his boxer Norman ‘normy’ Butterss along the beaches and parks of Elwood.
Christy brings to the group over 15 years of relationship management, business development and sales experience which she’s utilised to transition seamlessly into our contracting team. Working closely with our trusted clients, Christy navigates the market at pace, identifying senior talent in high growth industries across; Defence, Cyber, Digital and broader Technology. When Christy isn’t talking about robots and AI, she can found taking photos of her gorgeous boxer Peppa and wishing she could have 5 of them.
